The Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Dealers Association auto show gets underway this week with doors opening Thursday through Sunday, March 22-25 at Lehigh University’s Goodman Campus halls in Bethlehem.
This is a great opportunity to kick the tires so to speak of 32 car-maker’s latest offerings for 2018. The line-up includes not only cars but trucks, vans, motorcycles, ATVs and automotive displays. And it’s one of the only shows that offers free, unencumbered (no salesmen) test drives from Toyota and Ford. Toyota is offering up their CH-R, Camry, RAV4 and Tundra. Ford will have their Fusion, Escape, Explorer, F-15, and new EcoSport subcompact crossover.
Aside from new vehicles, and if you need parts or repairs visit the shows’ Marketplace Pavilion, where a variety of companies will be there to offer their services.
While new vehicles are showcased, custom classics will also be on hand from RB Collection located in Breinigsville. They’ll show off classic, vintage and exotic cars that they have restored and possibly available to take home, for a price.
America On Wheels Museum in Allentown will be on site and and to commemorate their 10th anniversary, they’ll hand out special tokens to the first 200 patrons for their April 15 birthday bash in Allentown.
If you get a bit thirsty for something more than soft drinks, Weyerbacher beer and other brews will be available for the first time for purchase as will food including seasonal food items and dishes from Lehigh’s Food Truk.
For show times, activities and directions go to GLVADA.org. Parking is free and valet parking is also available.
